1. What these terms cover

These terms cover automotivemcp.ai and the AutomotiveMCP demo: the AutomotiveMCP Dealer Demo app in ChatGPT, the demo gateway at gateway.automotivemcp.ai and the demo dealer site at automotivemcp.ai/demo/castle-kia. The demo is a free demonstration of the open AutomotiveMCP standard, hosted by PromptGraph, with Castle Kia of McHenry as the demo store. By using them you agree to these terms.

2. Demo data, not an offer

Listings, prices, rebates, offers, trade values and payments in the demo are demo data from a dated snapshot and illustrative calculations. They are not an offer to sell, an offer of credit or an offer for your trade, and they may be out of date or wrong. Not all buyers qualify for any program. Contact the dealer directly for current pricing and availability.

3. A sandbox

Nothing you do in the demo reaches the dealer. Lead, message, test drive and service appointment tools are sandboxed, and nothing is delivered.

4. Acceptable use

Do not enter real personal information into the demo, yours or anyone else’s. Do not try to reach other people’s sessions or our systems, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or block use that harms the service.

5. Open source

The AutomotiveMCP specification and schemas are published under the Apache License 2.0 (see governance). These terms cover this website and the hosted demo, not your use of open source material, which its license governs.

6. No warranty

The website and the demo are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using them or relying on their figures.

7. Changes

We may change or end the demo, or change these terms, at any time. We will post updated terms on this page and update the date at the top.
