CARFAX

CARFAX Connect is a GraphQL API documented at developer.carfax.com/docs/connect that enables authorized partners to integrate CARFAX products and data into their applications, platforms, and websites. The API provides features such as Instant CARFAX Reports for consumers on dealer websites, CARFAX Reports in inventory management tools, and ratings/reviews management. It uses GraphQL query language, allowing partners to request only the specific data they need. Authentication is via OAuth 2.0 with partner client IDs. The API serves multiple partner types (consumer, dealer, auction, OEM, reputation management), each with access to a subset of the schema according to their partner type and permissions. An interactive Connect Explorer is provided for testing (dealer partners should use the Single Page Application Client ID). The API is partner-gated and requires authorization from CARFAX. No MCP server is documented.
